Post Con Sketches

Some sketches and doodles I've made in the last weeks after the Sketch Wizzle Con. It is a mixture of other fantasy characters like the Necromancer or the Elfess a few postings ago and some face and expression sketches and other stuff, mostly imaginative.

Sketch Wizzle Con 2015 !!!

The Sketch Wizzle Con is a annual meeting of illustrators inside of an old transformed train station called Utopiastadt in Wuppertal. About 60 illustrators draw, talk, sing, wizzle, drink so much as they can, on this summer weekend. :)

It is always a great and inspiring time every year. I meet every year new cool people who share the same passion as I do. Thank you to all of you and of course, thank you to the dudes and duderellas I've already known.

Here is my almost uncensored output of this year:

Another character created by my friend is a kind of subterranean elfes.

Necromancer

A friend of mine created in her youth a folder full of characters and creatures together with her brother. She was only 12 years old when she was the art director of her 6 years older brother. His drawings are so nice, they pour on the charm of the 90s-era.

I could not resist to draw some redesigns from her characters.

Collinsium ciliosum

This is my try on a reconstruction of Collinsium Ciliosum. A newly discovered ancient ‘superarmored’ worm-like creature. It is also known as the Hairy Collins’ Monster an it's a cousin of Hallucigenia. They lived in what is now China during the early Cambrian, about 500 million years ago.

The 30 legged creature measuring no more than four inches (10cm) in length.

I like these little guys so much.
